Final Score: Eagles 33 - 43 MK Dons

On Saturday 13th October we travelled to Milton Keynes to play our third U16s regional match against MK Dons.

Both teams started strong and determined and the first quarter was closely contested but with help from all defenders, attackers and shooters, Eagles won it 9-8. In the second quarter we narrowly lost and ended up with a score of 17-21.

The last two quarters were extremely physical with both sides fighting as hard as they could. Finally MK Dons came out top with a final score of 43-33.

We gave it our all against a very strong and determined opposition but made a lot of mistakes and now have lots to work on so that we will come back even stronger.

Well deserved Player of match was Libby Burgess who played brilliantly all game.
